OUR PURPOSE: The Governing Documents Committee ensures current, modified, and/or newly created HOA governing documents have the appropriate language to support the HOA's purpose and homeowners' preferences; works with legal counselors to ensure governing documents are enforceable and are in compliance with HOA, county, state, and federal statutes; and summarizes any HOA document modifications by reporting the changes made to homeowners for easy understanding, approval, and adoption.
